Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup Salami (diced)
- 1 cup Pepperoni (sliced)
- 1 cup Diced Vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, or your favorites)
- 1 cup Creamy Italian Dressing
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- While the pasta cooks, dice the vegetables and meats.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with salami, pepperoni, and diced vegetables.
- Pour in the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently until well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
