Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb fresh strawberries (halved)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 oz chopped kataifi dough
- 1 cup pistachio spread
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Ground pistachios (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix unsalted butter, kataifi dough, and pistachio spread until well combined.
- Fill each strawberry half with about one teaspoon of the pistachio mixture.
- Dip each filled strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle ground pistachios on top while wet.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to set before serving.
