- ⅓ cup warm water
- 6 fresh strawberries
- 1–2 tsp agave syrup
- ⅓ cup ice
- ⅓ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions
- Prepare the matcha by whisking matcha powder with hot water until smooth. Add warm water and chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Blend fresh strawberries with agave syrup until pureed; pour into a serving glass.
- Layer ice over the strawberry puree, then add almond milk.
- Pour chilled matcha over the milk layer, stir gently, and serve immediately.
