Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet (18×13 inches) with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries with a sprinkle of sugar and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Add to dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking sheet. Layer half of the strawberries on top, followed by the remaining batter and the final layer of strawberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing into squares.
