- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

- 1 cup Ricotta cheese

- 9 sheets lasagna noodles
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp until pink. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all cheeses until well blended.
- In a baking dish, layer cheese mixture, lasagna noodles, and sautéed shrimp twice.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
