Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; fold in blueberries tossed in flour.
- For the cream cheese filling: Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until creamy; add cornstarch and vanilla.
- Fill muffin liners with batter halfway; add cream cheese mixture on top and cover with remaining batter and blueberries.
- Bake for about 22 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
