  • 1 pound large shrimp (de-veined, shells removed, tails on)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, and kosher salt to create the garlic butter. Set aside.
  2. Toss steak and shrimp in a mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until well coated.
  3. Thread steak and shrimp onto skewers alternately. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for an hour first.
  4. Preheat grill or griddle pan to medium-high heat (about 425°F).
  5. Grill kabobs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Brush with garlic butter before serving and sprinkle with parsley.
