Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Steam the cauliflower florets in salted water until fork-tender (about 5-7 minutes) and then remove excess moisture between towels.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in almond flour, then whisk in heavy cream and seasonings. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine the cheese sauce with shredded cheeses, crumbled Turkey Bacon, and thyme.
- Layer half of the cheese mixture in a baking dish, add cauliflower florets, top with remaining cheese mixture, sprinkle extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
