- For the glaze: 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons key lime juice
- More lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, lime zest, melted coconut oil, beaten egg, and coconut milk until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Spoon batter into the donut pan about halfway full.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before glazing.
