Ingredients
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup bottled lime juice
- Zest of 1–2 limes
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand. Spoon about 2 tablespoons into each mason jar and press down to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together heavy whipping cream, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and zest until fully combined.
- Layer the key lime filling on top of the crust in each jar and smooth out the tops. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
