Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and red bell pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill chicken for about 6–8 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
