- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 16 ounces whipped topping (divided)
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix flour, powdered sugar, and melted butter in the baking dish until combined. Press into the bottom evenly and bake for 15-18 minutes until slightly browned. Let cool completely.
- Beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and half of the whipped topping until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
- Whisk vanilla and chocolate puddings with cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened; refrigerate for 5 minutes before spreading on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
- Chill before serving.
