  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups milk (2% or whole)
  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 2 cups assorted fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the brioche into 1-inch cubes and toast on a baking sheet until lightly golden.
  3. In a large bowl, combine toasted brioche with melted butter.
