Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken dry and brush both sides with a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, melted butter, mayonnaise, dried parsley, and garlic powder.
- Coat each chicken breast in the cheese mixture until evenly covered.
- Place the chicken on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
- Let cool slightly before serving garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
