Instructions

  1. Cook the bow tie noodles according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and allow to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, rice apple vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled noodles with spinach, diced red bell pepper, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, and chopped cilantro.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
