  • 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare three 6-inch cast iron pans or ramekins with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and cold butter until crumbly; refrigerate.
  3. Combine mixed fruits with sugar, vanilla extract, cornstarch, lemon zest and juice, and basil in another bowl; toss gently.
  4. Divide fruit mixture among baking dishes; top with crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown; let cool before serving.
