Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, sour cream (or buttermilk), and cooled coffee until smooth.
  4. Gradually pour wet ingredients into dry mixture; stir gently until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
