Instructions
- Cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Mix in green food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually combine with wet mixture.
- Fold in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for about 30 minutes, then scoop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
