- 1 can (180g) spicy tuna
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, season with salt, and cook the pasta for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant.
- Add capers and olives, cooking briefly until aromatic.
- Mix in the spicy tuna and heat through.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook for another few minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
