- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (well-drained)
- 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 2/3 can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about one minute.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Layer crushed pineapple, cherries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut over the crust.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top.
- Bake for 30-34 minutes until edges are golden and center is bubbling.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for at least two hours before slicing.
