- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (melted)
- 6 tablespoons pistachio butter
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 6-cavity muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Pour about 1 tablespoon of the melted mixture into each liner, spreading it up the sides about one-third of the way. Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
- Add 1 tablespoon of pistachio butter to each cup and smooth it out with an offset spatula. Freeze again for another 10 minutes.
- Top each cup with another tablespoon of melted chocolate, smoothing it out evenly. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired. Freeze for an additional 10 to 20 minutes until fully set.
