Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat, then transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in sugars until combined, then add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually incorporate flour, baking soda, and salt using a rubber spatula until a soft dough forms; fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour dough back into the skillet and bake for 30-40 minutes until edges are golden and center is gooey. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
