  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice seasoning
  • 12 ounces marshmallow fluff
  • ½ cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate melting chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, brown the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. Whisk the dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, and pumpkin puree into the browned butter until smooth.
  4. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice) into the wet mixture.
  6. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking dish, followed by an even layer of marshmallow fluff.
  7. Top with remaining batter, smoothing it out to cover the fluff completely.
  8. Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Allow to cool before drizzling melted chocolate on top and slicing into squares.
