Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, brown the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Whisk the dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, and pumpkin puree into the browned butter until smooth.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice) into the wet mixture.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking dish, followed by an even layer of marshmallow fluff.
- Top with remaining batter, smoothing it out to cover the fluff completely.
- Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before drizzling melted chocolate on top and slicing into squares.
