- 2 large eggs
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder

- Red gel food coloring
- Blue gel food coloring
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together vegetable oil and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until a thick dough forms.
- Divide dough into three bowls: leave one plain for white, color one red, and one blue using food coloring.
- Chill dough in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop 1-inch portions of each colored dough; roll into balls and coat generously in powdered sugar.
- Place on baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
