Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix lime juice and honey until well combined. Set aside.
- Slice pears into rounds and use a star-shaped cookie cutter to create star-shaped pieces. Soak in lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Cut strawberries into quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced pears, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Drizzle the lime-honey dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
