Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder; set aside.
- Beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and rose extract; mix well.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden; top with mini chocolate roses while hot.
- Transfer to a cooling sheet for five minutes before serving.
