- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 large red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, and onion powder in a bowl or resealable bag.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least one hour (up to 24 hours for more flavor).
- Cut the onions and peppers into uniform pieces.
- Assemble the kabobs by threading marinated beef and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
- Grill the kabobs on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
