Ingredients
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp spirulina powder (optional)
- 2 1/2 tbsp Vegan Gelatin
- Optional: 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
Instructions
- In a mixing pot, combine apple juice, lemon juice, honey, and spirulina powder.
- Sprinkle Vegan Gelatin over the mixture and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- Heat the mixture over low heat until fully liquid.
- Carefully fill silicone molds with the mixture using a dropper or pouring container.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Remove gummies from molds and toss with granulated sweetener if desired.
