Ingredients
- 6 ears of fresh corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Husk the corn and rinse under cold water. Pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, lime juice, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush each ear of corn with melted butter and grill for 10–15 minutes until charred.
- Remove from the grill and generously coat each ear with the creamy sauce using a basting brush.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lime wedges.
