Instructions
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Dice the pineapple and mango after peeling them. Finely chop the red bell pepper, red onion, and deseeded jalapeño.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pineapple, mangoes, bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
- Squeeze in the lime juice and sprinkle with salt. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Serve immediately or let chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
