- 3 large jalapeños (roasted)

- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place whole jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Roast the jalapeños for about 15 minutes until blistered; cool slightly, peel skins, and remove stems.
- In a food processor or blender, combine roasted jalapeños with softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle BBQ sauce over the top; swirl gently for a marbled effect.
- Serve immediately or chill for an hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
