- ½ tablespoon honey
- 1.5 pounds steak (Sirloin or Ribeye recommended)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, and honey until well combined.
- Place the steak in a resealable zip lock bag or large bowl and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag or cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated steak for about 4-6 minutes per side on the grill or 3 minutes per side in a skillet until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F for medium doneness.
- Let the steak rest for about 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
