Ingredients
- 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
- 100 grams unsalted butter (melted)
- 600 grams cream cheese (softened)
- 150 grams granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 200 grams white chocolate (chopped)
- 300 grams white chocolate (melted)
- 250 ml heavy cream (whipped)
- 300 grams fresh strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, adding eggs one at a time. Fold in chopped white chocolate and pour over crust.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until set; cool completely.
- Melt remaining white chocolate and fold it into whipped cream; spread over cooled cheesecake and refrigerate until set.
- Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
