- 3 medium sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potato cubes and green beans.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender and slightly caramelized; stir halfway through.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Add Parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
