Instructions

- Add celery seed, kosher salt, and black pepper; stir well to combine.
- Add sliced onion and cook for one minute; then add green bell pepper and cook for an additional minute.

- Let sit until wilted, then cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
