- 4 oz sliced black olives (drained)
- 2 avocados (diced)
- 4 green onions (sliced)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until smooth.
- In another large bowl, combine cooked pasta, corn, tomatoes, cheese, olives, avocados, and green onions.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
