Ingredients
- 8 ounces manicotti shells
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 jar (26 ounces) pasta sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook manicotti shells in boiling salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes until al dente; drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix together 3 cups of mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, and dried basil until well combined.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Spread 2 cups of pasta sauce at the bottom of the baking dish; place stuffed shells on top and cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
